Anyone for a cup of tea ;o)
Snow Ice Cream
Gather one large bowl of powdered snow....try not to get ice in with the snow.....stick it into the freezer while you get the ingredients below ready.
3 eggs beaten well
1 cup sugar whisk into eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla....I just pour
1 can evaperated milk (shake well before opening)
Whisk all of this really well and stir enough powder snow in to come to homemade ice cream consistence. You will be surprised how little snow it takes.
Great served with hot brownies out of the over.....Memories!!!
